JCB steal the show again at Conexpo 2017

The crew at Island Exhibitions Limited have just returned from a seven week stint in Las Vegas building a huge 6,500 m sq exhibition stand for JCB, World leaders in construction machinery.

The colossal outdoor two storey booth designed by Farnham based designers GLS Design was a massive undertaking with a 5 week on site build under the relentless hot Las Vegas sun. Featuring a fantastic raised walkway with striking scalloped canopy, giant stage for the dancing digger show, two storey video wall and double decker central building housing offices, shop and meeting room; the stand was a great success. The dancing diggers accompanied by “Americas Got Talent” runners up “Recycled Percussion” the choreographed show drew thousands of spectators who watched and listened the unique spectacle with delight.

The show, which happens every 3 years has become the international gathering place for the construction industries, and this years event in March broke records yet again. 150,000 visitors attended over the 5 days, experiencing 2.5 million sq feet of exhibition space showcasing over 2,500 exhibitiors from all around the world.
