About us

After selling Globe Exhibitions Limited in 2005, Tony O’Driscoll opened Island Exhibitions Limited to continue his long career in the exhibition industry. Founded on the same principles that made Globe Exhibitions so successful and well respected for 20 years, Island champions high quality workmanship, excellent customer service, flexibility and an ‘anything is possible’ approach to projects.

Island Exhibitions Limited is an established and experienced exhibition contractor, which operates the ‘old fashioned’ way, whereby we build everything inhouse, we do not subcontract work out, therefore our clients can be confident in the quality of every component, and on our ability to deliver on time. We also use our own staff for all installations, ensuring our onsite presence is always presentable, professional and polite.

Facilities

We are based on a 1.4 acre site in Uxbridge which allows us to offer our clients the full compliment of exhibition related services – we have a comprehensive carpentry and joinery workshop, onsite graphics studio, plastic fabrication, glass fabrication, uv bonding facility, steel fabrication, electrical and AV services. Our sizeable premises allow us to undertake projects of all sizes and shapes; from 9 sq feet to a recent 69000 square feet build and installation. Our base is logistically ideal, we benefit from a superb motorway network, the M40, M25, M4 and M1 are all within approximately 10 minutes drive, whilst Heathrow Airport sits only 20 minutes to the south.

Island Exhibitions Ltd are committed to protecting the environment. We have been proud members of the Green Achiever scheme for green businesses since January 2008 – we were one of the first 20 companies in the UK to participate voluntarily and the first exhibition company to join.
